Hi, I’m Ale—a passionate advocate for holistic health, intentional living, and well-being. My journey with nourishment and healing began in my family’s kitchen, where food was not just sustenance but a deep connection to heritage and love. Growing up with indigenous Paraguayan roots, I was immersed in the wisdom of natural remedies and rituals. By the time I was three, my mother introduced me to Curanderas—traditional healers who used herbs and rituals to restore balance—a profound influence that still inspires my work today.
A PERSONAL JOURNEY OF HEALING
Like many others, I grew up consuming diets marketed as “healthy” yet found myself struggling with chronic health challenges, including immune deficiencies, skin conditions, and digestive imbalances. These experiences sparked a deep curiosity and set me on a journey of self-healing and questioning the systems and beliefs around food and health. That exploration ultimately led me to Hygienist Nutrition, where I uncovered the power of detoxification, intentional nourishment, and listening to the body’s natural wisdom.

My studies at Espacio Depurativo in Argentina and Centro Holístico y Vital in Spain taught me the transformative power of detoxifying the body, aligning nutrition with physiology, and approaching food preparation with intention and care.
HOW I SUPPORT OTHERS
Today, I channel this knowledge into empowering others through healing retreats, hands-on workshops, and one-on-one mentorship. Whether guiding fathers-to-be on their journey to conception, helping individuals reset their gut health, or leading holistic detox programs, my focus is always on meeting each person where they are and creating personalized paths toward balance. Through nourishing food, mindful practices, and therapeutic tools, I aim to inspire sustainable change, one step at a time.
MY CONNECTION WITH FOOD
In recent years, I’ve moved away from the dogma surrounding dietary trends—whether Vegan, Plant-Based, Carnivore, Paleo, or Keto—all claiming to be the “best.” Through my own exploration, I’ve embraced what I call Nutritarian Food: nutritionally dense meals filled with vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals, kept as unprocessed as possible.
I believe our bodies and needs are constantly evolving, and no one diet fits all. Instead, I focus on tuning into what truly nourishes us during different phases of life, honoring the dynamic relationship between food and well-being.
